Tone It Up!

If you want to slim down, get fit, and tone up…you should get the Tone It Up diet plan.  It has changed so many bodies & lives, and I know it will help you do the same!  You can finally reach your goals!

I am passionate about this program!  It is easy and fun to follow, plus the trainers & TIU community are super motivating and supportive!

Make the change for your health once and for all :)

The girls also give great recipes, health, and beauty tips!

Bottom line is that this program is so worth it!  Feel free to email me with any questions :)

You can read more about it on my post here.

**I get lots of questions about how to make the Protein Pancake.  It is adapted from Tone It Up’s recipe, but this is what I use:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
  • 1 mashed banana
  • blueberries or chia seeds (optional)

Cook over medium-high heat until bubbly on one side and then flip, cooking the other side for the same amount of time.  Enjoy!

what workouts did you do while you were doing the tone it up plan?

    • November 28, 2011 3:44 pm

You can do any workouts that you like! But they also give you monthly schedules with ideas of workouts to do and the girls also tape new workouts all the time, probably weekly, that you can watch on their youtube channel and do at home! Those are free, too, and always help target trouble areas while getting a full body workout. Since they are girls they understand wanting to tone up certain areas. And its a lifetime plan so you never have to stop!

I am a college student, and I’m considering buying the plan, but I worry that I won’t be able to stick to the plan. I can’t cook in my dorm room really. Unless cooking is making something with a microwave, hahah. I have a fridge too, but that’s it. The dining hall food is so limiting :( Do you think I could still follow the plan even though I can’t really cook?

Yes! If you get the it, it comes with a special “College Guide” to the diet plan. It is modified for those who don’t have access to a full kitchen but you still get all of the benefits of the plan :) So 100% you can follow the plan! They tell you exactly how.

Hmmm…their pics on facebook look a lot different than the ones here,

      • January 1, 2012 7:15 pm

Well these photos are clearly editorials so the lighting and makeup is going to be professionally done so they are going to look more done up…whereas a lot of the pictures of facebook are of them working out, everyday type of pictures. Regardless of the picture, they are still in great shape, and that is real.

Hi Bess! Love your blog. Just wondering what TIU plan you purchased? Thanks!

    • January 29, 2012 8:24 pm

I got the regular plan because I don’t have any dietary restrictions! :)

If I got the regular plan and then became vegan would I have to purchase it all over again?

    • February 1, 2012 4:50 pm

I’m not sure…is that what you are planning on doing? I can contact TIU for you and see…do you already have the regular plan??

I really want to get the plan, but its so expensive I don’t even think I can afford it. I’d love to look amazing for prom though

    • February 6, 2012 11:00 pm

Well I have found it to be so worth the investment and only a one time payment for all future plans and updates and exclusive members only tips! Maybe it could be a birthday gift or something like that?
