3/30: walk/jog for 45 minutes on TM
3/29: Two 2 mile walks with Maverick, 90 minutes on TM walk/jog/run intervals on incline, abs (20 standing oblique crunches, 30 plank jacks, 20 tummy tucks, 30 stability ball crunches) ALL x 3 + biceps & shoulders
3/28: 2 mile walk on TM, Legs (20 squats, 30 lunges, 5 minutes stairs, 50 leg side lifts per leg) ALL X 2 + abs
3/27: 6 mile incline walk on TM with 5lb dumbbells
3/26: 3 mile walk/jog on TM
3/25: 2 mile walk with Mav + abs
3/24: 2 mile walk with Mav, 3 mile walk on TM
3/23: 4 mile walk with Mav
3/22: 30 minute bike ride, 2.5 mile incline walk in TM
3/21: easy 2 mile walk with Mav + abs
3/20: Tobacco Road Half Marathon, 13.1 miles, 1:52:26
3/19: rest
3/18: 2 mile jog + 2 mile walk on TM, stretch
3/17: 3 mile jog with Maverick, 2 mile incline walk on TM + abs
3/16: 4.5 easy mile run on TM, speed 6.7
3/15: 2 mile walk with Mav, 3 mile light jog on TM, stretch
3/14: 4 mile walk with Maverick, 4 mile incline walk on TM
3/13: 10 mile easy run, 1:28:34 + abs
3/12: off
3/11: 4 mile walk on incline (speed 4.2 incline 5.0)
3/10: 3 mile run + 4.5 mile walk
3/9: 6.5 mile incline walk on TM (speed 4.0 incline 6.0)
3/8: 6 mile run outside in 51 minutes + 4 mile walk on TM (speed 4 incline 4)
3/7: 3 mile run on TM (speed 7.0 incline 2), 4.5 miles of incline walking/jogging/running/sprinting on TM + abs
3/6: 3.5 mile run on TM + 5 miles of incline walking/jogging/running on TM
3/5: 4 mile run on TM (incline 2 speed 7.5) + 4 miles of walking/jogging running on TM + abs
3/4: 3 mile jog with Maverick + 2.5 mile walk on TM (incline 3 speed 4.0) + 30 minutes elliptical + 2.5 mile walk on TM (incline 6.0, speed 4.5) …(these workouts were spread out throughout the day not all at once)
3/3: 4.5 mile walk + abs
3/2: 5 mile run in 42 minutes + 4 mile walk on TM
3/1: 45 minute walk & stretch
