Quick Question.

I have a quick question to ask all of you lovely BBF readers.

I want to know what YOU want to see more of on the blog!  I write it for myself, but let’s be honest, I also write it because I love the interaction with YOU, my readers (so thankful to have you all, by the way), so let me know of anything you’d like to see more of :)

Be back later with a yummy (& healthy) recipe I’ll be making this afternoon!

    i like fitness + nutrition tips, eats, workouts.. all of those things!

    Maybe more how-to videos of your favorite exercises? I like finding new things to do. Especially for the core, those get repetitive

    I love seeing your workouts and all that you are doing with Tone It Up! It gives me new ideas to keep things fresh both at home and at the gym.

    I love all of your workouts and at-home circuits!!! They are my favorite to copy for my own or to use as a base to come up with my own altogether!
