Holy who watched Real Housewives of New Jersey last night?

If you follow me on Twitter (@bessharrington) you know that I was watching and tweeting back and forth with a few of you….this season is going to be crazy. Not Danielle Staub crazy, however (luckily). Lots of family drama!
Between all the Jersey shows that are out there, its really no wonder than people have this idea of New Jersey if they have never been there! Let me just say, Mike is from NJ and I have played soccer with girls from NJ and none of them are like the people on these TV shows! I guess that’s why they are on television…for entertainment. And entertaining, it is!
Anyways…check out my yummy foods from yesterday.
Lunch:
Roasted chicken sandwich with olive oil mayo and sweet potato fries with ketchup.
Dinner later on was catfish (surprisingly delicious if you have never had it…I was once a skeptic) and whole wheat shells with veggies.
And then breakfast this morning…completely simple, super easy, love of my life=cereal.
Huge bowl of Honey Bunches of Oats with some blueberries. Half almond milk/half skim milk…for no particular reason except that’s just how I do it.

I got today’s move from Women’s Health Magazine…
I call this one the suitcase but they have it named as “Arm Pull Over Straight-Leg Crunch”

Ever had catfish? I swear its really good. I never wanted to try it because those fish are weird looking but its really good. And if I can eat calamari and enjoy it when it also comes from a very strange looking animal then I can eat catfish and enjoy it

I’ve never tried catfish – it’s not very common in Seattle. We eat a lot of salmon, though.
No Real Housewives for me – I’d like to see it, but I usually end up watching Hawaii 5-0 or NCIS LA for man candy.

I actually had catfish last night! At Cracker Barrel. I think it was grilled with ground red pepper, among other spices. It was “spicy catfish” but not too spicy. I squeezed a lemon on top, and it was juicy, spicy, and fishy. Yum!

Of course I watched – this season looks great. Thank you for defending Jersey. And while you are right that we are all mostly normal, I sadly have met wayyyy too many people who are similar to those wackos!

I love the Real Housewives of New Jersey…they’re my favorite out of all the housewives! This season looks like it’s going to be really good too!

i love real housewives of NJ .. I am from NJ I think its even funnier! All the jersey shows are ridiculous and not all of NJ is like that. Everyone at school teases me about being from NJ and assume everyone is like that haha
I know, my boyfriend is from there and when I say I wanna move there people are like WHAT?! He’s from a really nice area and I’ve never seen anyone like the crazy jersey shows!!
I made sure I got home from the gym just in time to catch RHONJ and I definitely was not dissapointed! My family thinks I have a addiction but I blame Bravo and all their Real Housewives of differnt cities…they are all just so entertaining!

I love it so much. I’ve never really seen a Real Housewives show. I started watching the Miami one once, but it was like mid-season and I had NO CLUE what was going on, so I just changed it.
Miami housewives are the worst. IMO!

I DEFINITELY watched RHONJ last night. I’ve been looking forward to it for so long! Let’s just say Teresa’s brother is a wack job, as is his wife. And I am excited that Albie is moving to Hoboken–I live right near there! I may or may not have a secret crush on him
