May Abs Challenge #10!

Happy Friday Morning!
The next move in the May Abs Challenge is one of my favorites. It’s hard…but its effective!
Plank with in/out knees
To do this, get into pushup plank position. Bring your knee into your chest and then back to being straight WITHOUT letting your foot touch the ground. Immediately bring the knee up and outwards as if you were trying to touch your knee to the side of your arm.
The above sequence is 1 repetition.
This feels like a total body workout to me and sometimes I start breathing so hard doing it I feel like I’m gettin’ a cardio workout also!
Do the sequence 10 times per leg for 3 sets total.
