Its time for…
Standing Waistline Crunches!
These are easy and effective. You will be standing and bring your knee up and out while crunching your obliques to bring the elbow to meet the knee.
Do 3 sets of 30 reps per side.
Just keep this body in mind to help you push through the burn (or whichever bikini body inspires you):
That is Dutch Victoria’s Secret model Doutzen Kroes. I think she has a rockin’ body. I’ve heard she used to be an athlete herself…a speed skater. Not too skinny and has good muscle tone! Look at those abs! She must be doing the Abs Challenge also

I’d say cameron diaz. She has such a hot active body. Im pretty sure she has the lowest body fat of any female. Not sure how she does it.
