I forgot to post an ab move this morning! Oopsies!
Today’s move is:
Toe Touches!
To do this move, lay on the floor with your legs in the air. You can bend your knees if you need to. Reach up and touch your toes with both of your hands. Do 3 sets of 20 repetitions.
